We have over 10 years of general business experience and are a leading provider of real estate valuation and consulting services.  Our proven track record of time and cost reduction is a direct result of listening carefully to our clients and then taking full accountability for the entire appraisal process.

Our standard appraisal services include the following:

• We contact the borrower within one day to obtain property data and confirm an inspection appointment,
• Inspections are set the SAME DAY at the borrower's or tenant's convenience,
• The final report is transmitted to the client via e-mail within one to two days.

INVESTMENT DIVISION:

A NEW division to our company which targets REO's, Distressed Sales, Free/Clear, and Foreclosures of;

• Income Producing Properties
• 1-150 Units Apartment Complexes
• Commercial Service Stations
• Commercial Complexes
• Gas Stations

The Majority of properties we select have between 20-50% equity and very high Cap Rates w/proven track records
